Our company's most important competitive advantage is the acquisition of our own forest land and the production and processing of wood at our own plants in Břasi, the Lesy Sv. Hubert sawmill, and the sawmill in Cheb.
Harvesting wood from our own land significantly reduces costs and allows us to use the harvested land for other business activities. An equally important advantage over our competitors is our own database of private owners of forest land and the composition of the trees on these lands, unique in the Czech Republic. This guarantees us enormous potential for rapid growth and expansion.
WOOD EFECT s.r.o. in Cheb
With the acquisition of the Cheb lumberyard WOOD EFECT s.r.o. We have taken another important step in our strategic development and added the facility in Cheb to our portfolio. This significantly expanded our capacities and capabilities in the wood industry. This modern woodworking facility, which can be put into operation immediately, will become an important part of our growing company and offer the opportunity to develop further markets.
Břasy production area
We are currently working intensively on the reconstruction of a production area of more than 30,000 m2. After the renovation, this area will be one of the most modern wood production areas in Europe.
The plant's annual production capacity will be 8,000 m³ of joinery lumber in single-shift operation and 20,000 m³ of joinery lumber in three-shift operation.
The first pieces of the technology, production lines for the manufacture of joinery lumber, have already arrived at the site.

Graduated from SPŠK in Bechyně. He worked as a manager at ČD, which he left in 1990 to work at Aquatop as Sales Director and Director of Construction Management. He became an expert in business management, particularly in real estate activities, financing new projects, and consulting.
Adam Beneš
Managing Director
Graduated from the General High School in Žatec. He then studied forestry at the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague. In 2017, he attended the University of Economics to gain an overview of business matters. He is now fully employed by his company and continues his studies in International Business at the Metropolitan University in Prague.
